Short blog for today...I'm giving into my PMS cravings. This morning buttery grits with cheddar cheese and then a lunch of leftover tater tots, a chili cheese dog and a mustard and ketchup dog uggg! Tasted yummy but my size 12 jeans are feeling snug around the waste. Did I mention I'm bloated to? But today will be the 5th day this week of working out. I'm going to walk up and down our steep mountain driveway 12 or 16 times . I'm hoping to walk 3 or 4 miles. My driveway is .20 miles long so down and back 12 times is almost 3 miles. It's a very steep grade so hopefully that will help to. Trying to get back on track slowly but surely.
