Plan for Between BLCs (December 5th to January 16th)

1. Continue to exercise as much as I can incorporating ST on alternate days.

2. Continue to track my food and stay in range most of the time if not all of the time.

3. Continue walking at lunchtime as often as possible.

4. Start doing the Supreme 90 program.

5. Continue to check in with my teammates on the Amber Amazon Warrior team and participate in any challenges they set up.

6. Make sure I get most if not all of the items on my Christmas Wish List:

Note re personal trainer: I have a friend that is a personal trainer and she also has Rheumatoid Autoimmune Disorder so I figure she'd be a good choice for trainer since she knows my limitations.

I'm planning on asking for all of these items for Christmas and if I don't get all of them, I plan on getting some of them myself after Christmas. I especially want the exercise bench because I can't do exercise lying on the floor and I'm pretty sure my reclining chair isn't made for me doing chest presses, etc. but that's what I'm using now so I really want the bench.

    Sounds like a great and do-able plan for between rounds. I also love your Christmas list. One thought about the weight rack full of weights... I've seen hand weights that is a lot more compact where you "dial" the weight you want to use. Might be easier and less expensive... just a thought you might enjoy/look into. I'm always looking for space saving ideas for my home gym.

    PS I was gone from Nov 14 - Nov 30 basically, cruising from Spain to Miami. Had a blast.

    The bench is on my wish list, too. We have a bowflex, but its bench is too low for me to rise from. I use the dumbbells at the clinic, plus a 5lb pair at home for snow days. It would be great to have a trainer intimately knowlegable about RAD. Hope you get both bench and dumbbell set. Grow strong! emoticon

    Great wish list and that personal trainer would be golden. Certainly, I have never heard of any of them with helath issues.
    I can't lay down on the floor either. That is why I use my BED for chest presses and various sit ups, etc. Works like a charm, and moreover it is SOFT on my sore hips for doing side crunches or anything else where you need to be on your side, like leg raises, inner and outer thigh, etc. etc. Why don't you give it a try? I put an old quilt on top of it, so I don't get the bedspread dirty or worn out with my shoes on.
    Supreme 90? Yet another DVD set like those one currently out P90X etc., I haven't heard of that one.
