weight back to 130.8
This always happens that my weight drops after a rest day while it goes up on the day of a hard workout. I suspect that my body needs 24 hrs. to get rid off waste from muscles fibers being torn down and then being rebuilt stronger.
Today it is wet and rainy and windy. I don't really feel like much exercise. I might just watch some movies and do a few minutes of strength training at home.
If I feel adventurous maybe a little walk around the local mall with a stop at the coffee shop. those people at Starbucks sure don't like it when I order a decaf drip coffee, LOL. I always ask for lots of room for cream and then add that plus some cinnamon. Much cheaper than lattes, and they add whipped cream for free if you ask, yum!
