Survive the holidays without gaining. Just to maintain weight is enough pressure at this time of year. If I lose any weight, it will be an unlooked-for blessing.
Keep exercising at the same level. I seem to have found my groove. Basic transportation close to home by bike and walking automatically fits in the cardio. And I save on gas.
Do my ST at least twice a week. I Don't know why I have trouble with this.
And I'll keep trying until I get it right.
