Day 2 of Curbside Appeal

Its a great Sunday morning!
Yesterday's choices bring feelings of self control and accomplishment today.
I flicked the food devil off my shoulder two times last night when placing an online order for dinner. The food devil was whispering "Let's go grab some fast food" and "Let's get some dessert".
I overcame both and made informed positive choices by looking at My Nutrition Tracker. I knew what I had left to work with and knew i needed more protein. So Applebee's 550 and under menu to the rescue. Sirloin and Shrimp! I also used the nutritional info on this site to find out just how much the brownie bite would push me over my goal. Way too much fat, carb and sugar so I DID NOT ORDER IT!
It's beautiful today so I will get a run/walk in.
Other goals for today:
Hit the grocery store
Cook a couple things for the week
Create a food schedule
And pop some popcorn to enjoy my favorite show tonight "The Walking Dead":-)
Excited to start with my trainer this week!
