got the exercise bike.....

Sunday, December 02, 2012

So one of my "friends" sold me a recumbent bike for 45 dollars. thought it was a great deal. well there is something wrong with it of course. the belt was off when i got it home. ok no big deal i was able to fix it. so using it this morning and it stopped spinning. i havent opened it up yet but im assuming its the belt again. I guess i must have some great friends to sell me something that is crap and tell me it works great. im a little more than pissed off right now. so i sent her a message asking her if she knew there was something wrong with the belt. cant wait to see her answer because that things obviously didnt have the belt on when i got it. it didnt have any resistance. but of course she didnt tell me that. she was a friend so i trusted her. guess my dad was right not to trust anyone. God she just pisses me off. guess i better calm down before i deal with her.

im thinking one of the pullies needs to be tightened or something. i have done a google search and have come up empty. the girl claims there wasnt a problem but i dont believe her. but looking at the prices of the belt its crazy to replace it. 87 plus shipping! really wish everyone would be honest for a change :(

    that is a bummer....
Have you done a google search on the problem?
So far I have always found someone else had a problem with things before me and have figured it out.
I wish you the best of luck in this venture.
    Hugs.
