5 in 5- December Plan

Today I am really thinking about my goals for December and recap my November high and lows. In November I hit my 50 pound goal!
I gained weight over the holiday for 2 reasons- I was sick the week before and I stopped working out AND I ate all the Thanksgiving trappings
. Hey it happened and I already have a plan for Christmas.
I am really close to my goal weight of 172 but I am not sure what I will do once I get there. I have changed my goal weight at least 3 times. The BMI chart says I should weigh 155 but I really don't go by that anymore. I feel great and would be great to fit into single didget clothing (size 8 maybe ??)
So starting this month I am weighed in at 180.6 ( I lost the holiday weight!!) My goal is to get well into the 170's before the New Year. The goal is to lose 5 pounds in 5 weeks
I have changed my workout routine this month because I was getting bored with the DVD rotation. I had started to go back to zumba classes but the cold weather and need to save money are detering me from going. But I still love zumba and want to do it- so I have plugged in the Wii. I have Zumba Dance Party 1&2 that I got for gifts last year.
Fitness: 3 days a week of Zumba Wii for at least 45 min & 2 days of circuit training- My calorie burn goal is 1800 a week
Calories: I will continue to try new recipes for to add to my new recipe box. I have also found some great new dessert and make ahead breakfast recipes that I plan to try this month.
I am off from work from Christmas to New Years- so that week I plan to go back to the gym and try some new classes that I can not do because of work. I think my membership deal expires in January so I just have to check in on that. I also am looking to get some new DVD for Christmas so I will be able to try them out next month.
Well today we are going to the movies and out to dinner to celebrate my son's report card- Honor Roll!!! He has worked so hard and I am such the proud Mommy
