Going for December Streak

December is a very tough month, and my November record was not great with vacation and Thanksgiving, so when I read MANDELOVICH's blog today, I decided to follow her lead and set a goal of staying on track in December.

On track means each day I will

- Work out: cardio, ST, yoga, or a combination
- Track fitness
- Track meals
- Stay within my calorie range

For accountability, I'll revisit each week with results.
December 1 - 7:
Work out - 6/7 Skipped 12/7
Track fitness - 7/7
Track meals - 7/7
Stay within calorie range - 7/7

December 8 - 14:
Work out - 5/7 Not much activity on 12/9 or 12/11
Track fitness - 7/7
Track meals - 7/7
Stay within calorie range - 6/7 Went over on 12/11 but not by a lot

December 15 - 21:
Work out - 3/7 Not a good week here
Track fitness - 7/7
Track meals - 7/7
Stay within calorie range - 5/7 One day went over by 500 calories, the other day by about 50

December 22 - 28:
NOT a good week, but I enjoyed it :-D
Work out - 4/7
Track fitness - 7/7
Track meals - 3/7
Stay within calorie range - 1/7

December 29 - 31:
Work out - 1/3
Track fitness - 3/3
Track meals - 2/3
Stay within calorie range - 1/3

Total for December:
Work out - 19/31
Track fitness - 31/31
Track meals - 26/31
Stay within calorie range - 20/31
