OMG STorm flooding HERE !!

Sunday, December 02, 2012

Today is the highest I have ever seen the creek. It is up to our giant squirrel oak where the land starts to curve upwards towards the bank. We are up watching to make sure we are safe from flooding. Yikes.

We pray for safety.

We only have 6 feet of hill left before we have to evacuate. Yikes. I have never seen so much water. Hugh trees are floating downstream. We live in Redding Ca.

So sad that you are having too much rain, and much of the mid-west - Kansas, Oklahoma Texas is just dry dry dry dry....

Not really a surprise. Just sad to see the suffering.

Better start making plans, getting papers you need to rebuild your life copied and out of there into higher ground, or even mailed out of state... vet papers... insurance coverage, cars (titles, licenses, insurance), personal papers - copies of your drivers licenses or passports etc.

Wow, I thought you were on the east coast. I hardly ever watch the news and had no idea this was going on in Redding, CA. I hope you come out of the "storm of the century" unscathed!
