30 days to the new year, 30 days on track

There are 30 days until Jan 1 and I've decided to make a personal goal of 30 days on track.

On track for me means...

Planning meals ahead of time and tracking them
Eating all meals seated, slowly and mindfully
Working out each day
Using SP daily

After a really rough few months, I want to bring in the new year feeling the best I can!

At the risk of sounding like I'm trying to torpedo your goals, how about substituting daily renewing for daily exercise?

It may be that exercise is the best way for you to renew right now--but it might also be that 20 minutes with meditation music and an aromatherapy candle would be more beneficial to your overall health...
