Four years ago yesterday I rejoined Weight Watchers and started on my current streak of healthy living. Oh, there have been times I have slipped. Oh, yeah. Often I've gone over my calorie range, but what I am celebrating is that I haven't quit trying. Not once. I've exercised, burning at least the number of calories expected, every week except when I had injury. I don't believe there has been even one day I didn't eat 5 servings of freggies, and probably have averaged 10 servings. I rarely don't get enough fiber, calcium, or lean protein. I've done good on water. I certainly value sleep and try to get enough. Eighty pounds are now gone forever. I will never give up again!
