December is an awesome month.
There are parties.
People can be nicer... and happier.
It's dark and cold, but also cozy and not heat-wave hot (well, here, maybe it is in Australia).
And at the end? That's right!! We get a step into the FUTURE with a brand new year- 2013-***BLAST OFF***!!!! Vrooooommmmm!!!!
My point is that I'm focusing on the POsITIVE. No excuses. And do you know what the new SparkPeople are going to need when they join in January? Freaking INSPIRATIONAL STORIES!!! YEAH-- I'm looking right at YOU. Seriously, I've been here long enough to know that you, my Sparkfriends, have it in you.
So let's get down to business.
1k+ fitness minutes - DO IT
Strength Training - KEEP DOING IT
(even though my CrossFit through work ends - I have TRX straps at my gym!)
Track food, Eat mindfully - DO IT
Find the good (mindset training)- DO IT
Continue 10k training - DO IT
Get enough sleep - DO IT
Just the basics, right?
