I'm 3.6 pounds from 100 pounds lost. You may be wondering how long that took. I began this journey in the summer of 2010. I have not lost with blazing speed and there have been a few detours on the way but I'm focused on reaching that milemarker before the end of 2012.
What stands in my way? THE HOLIDAYS. Last holiday season I gained 9 pounds. I fought HARD to lose those nine pounds and had to work harder still to lose them AGAIN. THIS holiday season with my 100 pound target so close I can almost touch it I've GOT to have a plan so I won't GAIN but will achieve that goal.
BLC20 is ending on Wednesday and this year I have a plan. I am going to be working hard with 8 other friends THROUGH the break. We will be sharing our CICO (calories in and out), working to complete daily and weekly nutrition and fitness challenges and encouraging one another to stay the course.
I WILL weigh in daily so I don't let the ounces creep up.
I WILL track my food (even on the days I go over.)
I WILL get daily cardio.
I WILL drink my water.
I WILL stay on the journey and not waste (WAIST) time in a detour.
