Getting better at eating on my weekends to work. Ate much better today! Stressing alittle about Christmas... Very little money for the kids presents i always find a way but its stressful none the less.
My goals for December
1. Lose at least 5 pds
2. Gym 3 a week , minium of 2 Power class
3. No fast food
4. Do something nice for myself once a week
Focus on eating healthy...Moving more!
