My weight was up to 131.6 this morning. It looks like swimming, just like running for endurance, may lead to a small weight gain, hopefully muscle, I'll find out in 11 days.
Today was my rest day so all I did is walk/jog with the dogs for about an hour. I have had no trouble to stay within my carb limit of 50 grams/day but don't feel comfortable going much lower either.
I'm paying a little more attention to getting enough salt than I used to.
