My challenge for today is to remember that each day I workout and eat healthy I am one step closer to my goal :) Whenever I have that feeling of not wanting to workout, I have to remember that each time that I DO workout, I am only that much closer! I have been working out for almost 3 weeks now and I am truly proud of myself. I have had a few slips here and there, but I've been consistent with my workouts (even waking up early before work to get them in! :-O ) and mostly consistent with my eating.
