Happy December everybody, one month to go for 2012, let's make it a good one!
This week started off well for me, I got lots of gym time in starting on Sunday. I ate pretty well and for several days the weight was coming off nicely. But, somehow starting on Thursday some weight started creeping back on (don't think I had too much sodium, but that may be the source of it). Anyway, after gaining last week, I was hoping for a gangbusters loss this week. But it just wasn't in the cards... I did lose weight, just not in the quantity that I was hoping for!
I just got home from lunch with my son and I'm full and sleepy, so I'm going to cut this a little short, Here's this weeks numbers:
Weight : 215.6
Lost : 1.2
Total : 101.6
So, a 1.2 lb loss for the week, which is half of what I wanted to lose after gaining last week. Oh well, it's still loss :) Back to the grind tomorrow!
On a sweeter note (literally) try making these: Mini cupcakes, into mini cupcake liners put a small amount of brownie mix, then a square of chocolate chip cookie dough then a mini reeses peanut butter cup then fill with brownie mix. Cook for an appropriate amount of time, let cool and then devour them like a crazy person! Thanks to my mom for having these today!!
I had another idea for the same thing. Start with a bundt pan, layer brownie mix, then full size peanut butter cups, then brownie mix, then chocolate chip cookie dough and finish off with brownie mix. Cook, let cool, then eat the whole damn thing by yourself! nom nom nom nom :)
