After 3 months of active weight loss, I am back to maintenance mode! The 3-4 lb gain from a summer of binging has officially been incinerated.
For the longest time it seemed impossible to lose only 3-4 lbs while living my current, preferred lifestyle. But even though I fell and it took so much time to get back on track again, I learned much about my addiction and more importantly what I need to avoid and prevent certain missteps before they gain momentum. I am better prepared by my mistakes to keep on track and stay the course.
For that it was a worthwhile experience to undergo.
