After my workout today I am really feeling it in my legs, and I have a slight tingle in my shins. I think tom. will be a good day for low intensity exercise. I have had shin splints before and I am not interested in having them again. Plus the upper thigh muscle in my left leg is tight. I am thinking for tomorrows exercise I will put in an hour of walking in the gym along with the team non stop goals.
