After my workout today I am really feeling it in my legs, and I have a slight tingle in my shins. I think tom. will be a good day for low intensity exercise. I have had shin splints before and I am not interested in having them again. Plus the upper thigh muscle in my left leg is tight. I am thinking for tomorrows exercise I will put in an hour of walking in the gym along with the team non stop goals.

    I love running but am not a great runner yet but still I am trying to perfect it.

    Got a lot of rest today and woke up not feeling half as sore as yesterday ! The body is such an amazing machine.

    Walking is a great exercise! I too suffer from getting shin splints & have to be careful. I found doing the Walk Away The Pounds series is great & it gives you a good workout!
