I met my goal of 1000 exercise minutes for November! Very happy. Making cookies with family I'm going to think of SparkPeople before putting another one in my mouth! My new goal for December exercise minutes will be 1010. It is the month of December, busy time of year.

    Yes it is a very busy time of the year so it will be essential that we all look for ways to stay active and still get all the Christmas fun done.
    I am looking at doing smaller time amounts of exercise but just more often. I am looking into trying the 10 minutes every hour plan for this month as see if I can maintain my weight thru December.
    I love the new goal and hope you will post your progress as the month continues. emoticon
