So part of our challenge this week is to set a goal for ourselves, fitness/nutrition/wellness related.
My goal this week is going to be to make sure I take at least 15 minutes out of work for myself this week. I have a hectic week ahead of me, and I never really take a breather, even at lunch I sit at my desk and continue working!
I am going to actually go for a short walk, at least get some fresh air, or leave my desk and take some 'me time'.
