Well, I tried Jamie Eason's livefit trainer and I think it's too much. I believe lifting 4 days in a row is not a good thing. Especially with chest and back on one day after the other because some of the exercises use both chest and back muscles. It also does too many exercises and increases your time you have to heal too long. I think you are better off doing less more often. Maybe after I get to a certain point of fitness I will start one of these high intensity programs. I also believe cardio helps heal muscles by keeping your heart strong and hormones in balance
So saying that I'm going to start my own program somewhat based off of P90x. I'm calling it Phase 0 since the intensity will be lower, but some of the exercises will be the same.
