Day #162 - Positivity and consistency = focus

- 60 minutes yesterday and
this morning did my super-sets for my arms. Boy oh boy are these tough. they should definitely make an impact. I feel the soreness...
I did make it to the gym yesterday as you can see above. I almost talked myself out of it though. But in order to continue to be consistent I have to fight through moments like this.
I have got to keep a positive mindset as well. Although the scale is not doing right by me - I do see differences in my clothes. I also see the most positive thing is that I can now stay in the gym and workout at peak levels for over an hour. When I started I was fighting and pushing to get to 30 minutes. So I have the victory!!!
I have pulled the diet plan that last 30 days from my wall and made my grocery list. I plan to start Monday and continue through the rest of the month. Which means no fast food, no sweets and hopefully weight lost. So here I go.
It's raining now but I'm hoping to keep cleaning and get out of the house today.
This guy I've been friends with says he wants to try a relationship so he says via text "when are you going to see me"? Is this his way of asking me out on a date? Really!?!? We're both in our 40's come on now. So I replied perhaps the weekend. He says "great". Only text I've gotten since then is "you okay". So is he expecting me to ask him out or something? I think he needs to read one of Steve Harvey's books. I just started reading his 2nd book, only say the movie to the first one.
