December goals

Time is passing too quickly. Did not realize any loss for November, but gain was less than a pound, so I guess that's close to maintaining.

For December I'm committed to:
1. Journaling food
2. 30 min. exercise at least 6 days a week
3. Drinking water (hard for me in winter)
4. Planning ahead

Would like to begin new year at last recorded low weight, not that far away.
