UGH!!! Up 4 pounds. Seriously, I am in kick butt mode now.
I am so pissed at myself! There is no reason for me to be gaining, it's sheer laziness!
I didn't plan, despite the fact that I said I was going to last week and I knew I had a super busy work week coming up.
So I ate like crap and didn't track all week. I also did 0 fitness this week. I fell last weekend and scraped up my arm and knees but I could have done some light exercise this week.
I really didn't think I'd gained that much though!
OK I am planning my food for the week NOW. Check my tracker and make sure I did it!
