goal for December: 2000 fitness minutes!

Sorry I havent posted in a few days!! My goal is to try and post everyday but life happened and have had no time for me this week. That will soon change. Hoping my company can give me an overnight shift before Wednesday because I have a physical for a nursing home. i would much rather put in the hours with my company because after the overnight shift my evening client would be time and a half! Will still have the afternoon to workout and do what I need to with preparing my meals for the next day and taking one day off a week to rest and prepare meals for the week.
All in all I have been walking quite a bit in this weather. I have been sleeping good and getting to sleep by 1am. Although Im going to pay for this when I get an overnight shift I cant believe Im so active now that I CAN go to sleep that early.
Going to start getting my fitness minutes in and tracking them, pushing for 2000 in December, maybe too high of a goal but I think I can do it! I KNOW I can do it!! I used to be able to do that and more earlier this year!!
Going to start my challenge groups back up for Beachbody and get my business back on track. My ultimate goal is to be a successful weightloss Coach and that's my goal for 2013 on top of many more. Life is getting better, harder and tiring, but better and I'm loving my activity now!! Hoping everyone stays on track through the holidays. I had a Christmas party yesterday at work and ate extremely healthy!! lots of raw veggies and even the cake I ate was a healthy cake. it was a chocolate zucchini cake. I think I'm going to make it for the holiday!! Maybe put a protein frosting on top of it, it was really GOOD!! But very proud of the bouncing back I have done in the past week, more to accomplish yet but its definitely a start!!
