How I Will Burn Off Holiday Calories

With the help of my Determined Daisies, I will burn off my holiday calories by committing to the following:

1. Loading/unloading the car
2. Carrying groceries
3. Taking out trash
4. Carrying wood or lumber
5. Clearing dishes from the table
6. Washing dishes by hand
7. Putting away groceries

While these are all little things, they do add up.

Thanks to my Daisy team who has shown me the way to make little steps add up to big changes.
