I decided that 130 pounds would be my goal weight. I don't feel like losing more weight. I need meat on my bones to do a six month walk. I can't be too thin. I need to be healthy. I feel healthy now. I still have a little extra fat so I could burn it on the walk if necessary. I need to focus on building muscle before this walk. I need to gain strength, flexibility and endurance.
Now that my appetite is back. I should have less problems eating enough for my workout schedule.
