Every year I make a New Years Resolution. You guessed it, I want to lose weight, get healthy, take better care of myself blah blah blah. And I am pretty good about it for about 4 to 5 months. It's the last 7 to 8 months of every year that I don't do so hot. (anyone notice that is the majority of the year?)
So about mid week I was thinking as I pulled on a pair of jeans that have gotten a bit tight (I slacked up on the resolution about august this year) that I should change things up a little. Needless to say my 2013 resolution started on Wednesday November 28, 2012. I have gotten my pedometer out and am counting steps, doing quality time on the treadmill, tracking my food (and actually trying to stay in calorie range) and posting to my friend feed that I have worked out on each given day. This year I am not going to pack on another 7 or 8 pounds during December only to have more to lose when I know in January I would want to do the resolution thing, so this time I am starting now rather than later.
