I did't get the FitBit Yesterday but it still might come today,I hope. (our mail comes in the afternoon)
I'm not going to use that as an excuse to stop me from being healthy and loosing those few pounds i want to lose.
I started with a healthy 12 ounce glass of water as soon as I got up, had a black coffee, and I made Steel Cut Oats with half a banana, a tablespoon of flax seed and a tablespoon of peanut butter mixed in.(SO GOOD)
We then had a small glass of left over smoothie. Done now til lunch.
Now to just make sure I move and exercise.
