Hello all! I've been benched for a week with this !@#$% chest cold but I started back this morning and I feel better.
Out of sheer boredom, I decided to try the Supreme 90 Program. I know I'm late in the game but since I already had P90X, I figured, why bother? Well last week it was $13 (now, less than $10) on Amazon so I couldn't resist.
I did the first workout this morning, Chest and Back and I liked it! It's like a beginners P90X. Shorter workouts, different moves, very nice. I'm anticipating serious DOMS tomorrow, not because it was hard but because of the moves he uses. I've never seen much less performed some of those exercises so my body is in a bit of shock. That's the point though isn't it?
This should keep me entertained while I wait for XTrain
