Setting New Goals For The BLC Break.

Since this is Dec. l, I have decided to recommit to eating healthy and exercising every day.
I have never used the Spark Tracker because I always thought it took too much time; but starting today I will try to use it every day. I think doing it my way is not giving me the proper amount of vitamins and minerals (especially protein). The Spark Tracker will do that for me.
I am also planning to walk an extra mile every day. Since our town running track is right across the street from me, this is easy. On days when it is too cold or raining, the town indoor fitness center/pool is right next to the track.
Hopefully, I won't wimp out! Wish me luck! lol
