It is food groupings..
When I started to use the tracker in June 2011, it took me some time to figure how it works.
It took some more time to collect my Favorites (about 180 foods - I rarely eat anything else).
A few days later I discovered how to save meals I often eat as Groupings.
I ended up with 40 Food Groupings, and I rarely eat anything else.
This means I can track my food daily in 2-3 minutes.
Another advantage is that sometimes, when I don't feel like tracking, I can stop doing it for a few weeks, and still know I'm eating right.
That's a wonderful feeling!
In earlier years I always felt guilty when I ate well-sized meal, thinking the food was too much and I was going to gain weight...
Now I know my portion sizes for maintenance, and I can enjoy all my food with clear conscience, knowing this food will only do me good.
Like today's breakfast: a huge bowl of oatmeal with a big orange : )
