emoticon It was was a slice...did it with water instead of milk and yes I felt horrible after I was done. It felt like eww yuck and now I wish I demonstrated some control. Oh well back to my plan.

    And I ate a cup and a half of Breyer's peach ice cream last night that I didn't have the calories for. I logged it---it looks horrible written down, but I'll cut back over the next couple of days and rev up my workout. It will be well!

    Oh sweetie, why are you stressing yourself so much over 1 slice of cake. Now if you were having a slice every day and constantly going over your daily intake number consistently than it's time to make a change, but a slice every now and then isn't something to worry yourself over. emoticon The power is in YOU to make the changes you want happen. emoticon

    I LOVE chocolate too. I will NOT deprive myself so guess what? I build it into my daily calorie limit. Whether it's a mini cupcake (87 cals), a fun size M&Ms (70 cals), or a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (150 cals)...I HAVS my chocolate daily! Lol emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    One slice of cake, wish that were my problem--for I am a chocoholic and the whole darn cake would get dwindled down --then I could feel guilty. One slice is a treat, to be enjoyed and savored. Happily it was only one slice.

    Survivng the falls is all part of growing up-we fall down, we get back up! Never stay down, though, it's no fun down there! Grace is a beautiful thing! It is free and unconditional, so remember to always allow yourself those second chances-they are vital to the new you!!!!
