Wow. I need to carry a calorie list with me. I had NO idea that I would go so WAY OVER calorie wise. I took the kids to the movies and hadn't eaten lunch or breakfast for that matter. I had a slice of pizza, a coke and some nachos. Dinner was a stouffers turkey and dressing dinner. I was thinking, I'd be close to my daily allotment, BUT no, I was over. All because I was basing my choices on some assumptions. On the other hand, what do they do with food at restaurants and the like that cause the calories to go up so much higher than home prepared foods. In the past, I would likely have gotten discouraged and ate desserts since the day was a loss but not tonight.
