Bad week but you just have to keep going

Wow, it's note even the holidays yet and I have had the worst week in about forever. I have eaten out four out of five nights this week, I have not made good choices when eating out, and certainly have had some serious PORTION DISTORTION!!!!

My workout routine has not been on par either...I worked out hard on Saturday and ended up with some serious lactic acid build up...man my legs and arms were killing me for two days!!! I did work out on Sunday, shopped all day with my friend on Monday (I did get a 3 mileEASY walk in). I went to the gym on Wednesday and spent a half hour on the ARC trainer. Yesterday all I did was walk five blocks to work but today I walked to and from work (2 miles each way) and then went to yoga class (an easy flo and restorative class so not real tough).

The one thing that keeps me going is the fact that I KNOW it was a bad week...I am already trying to plan on making next week a GOOD week...starting tomorrow!!!
