My plan for the Holiday Break

Below are a list of what I plan to do during my break:

1. Drink lots of water
--------drinking water will hopefully curb my appetite
2. Start jogging more instead of just walking (since I don't need to track fitness minutes I can stop worrying about getting the most minutes in a day)
---------jogging will help me burn calories
3. Eat less meat and more veggies
---------eating more veggies will help me to get in more fiber and help me lose weight
4. Sleep consistently
5. Keep in touch with my new spark friends (especially the ones from my team (Starlets))
---------keeping in touch with the people in spark will motivate me not to give up
