Today was a good day of healthy living.
I ate well for the most part. I had a green smoothie at breakfast as well as eggs and toast. I had green vegetable ooze (soup) at lunch and added some grilled chicken to it for protein. Afternoon snack wasn't the best - I had some brown rice with goat cheese which is higher carb than I should have had but I just could not bear the thought of having carrot and cucumber sticks like I had planned. I did redeem myself with a healthy stirfry for dinner of bean sprouts, carrots, celery, onion, Japanese yakisoba noodles and chicken apple sausage slices.
I'm going to Zumba in a minute. I love Zumba! It makes me happy.
I got lots done in the house. I actually got all of my to-do list done and had time to look for a knitting project to work on! I'm going to make a simple little cat toy for Christmas.
No weight loss to report. No surprise there. But surprise! One inch off of my hips!
