I have been hearing so much about heart disease, etc and it really has me concerned with my weight. I have had blood work done and all my numbers came back good. Although that makes me feel good, I know if I don't lose the weight that it may not always be that way. I have about 135 pounds to loose. For the first time ever, I'm concentrating on making life style changes versus going on a 'diet'. I love the SparkCoach feature. It is really helping me stay accountable. I only hope I can continue with this motivation. I typically do good for a month or two and then make one mistake and give up. I have learned that one 'mistake' is just that...it's done and over and no reason to give up. I have forced myself to track even those mistakes and have found that most of the time they still fit into my daily numbers...not 'mistakes' at all like I have thought in the past, but instead a treat that fits with my plan. It's so much easier not to go overboard when I have this attitude. Thank you, SP for teaching me this!
