Ugh! Increasing my protein intake is not easy! For the past 5 days, I have averaged 94 grams of calories. My range is 60-136 grams. Yes, I'm within the Sparkpeople calculated range. But, I want to increase it to 100-140 grams. I'm drinking protein drinks as well as eating protein-enriched snacks. I'm making sure I eat some form of protein with my snacks. But, my protein intake is still on the low end! My goal is still to make sure my calorie intake is 1200 to 1400 calories.
If anyone has any recommendations on how I can increase my protein, while still remaining within my calories, I'm all ears!

Also, I worked out and I have one more day to finish Month #1 of the Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution. Tomorrow is my weigh-in! Wish me luck!
