Holiday season.

Been working out since early September, and was down roughly seven pounds. Then Thanksgiving break happened, and I went home to tons of yummy Thanksgiving food, late-night fast-food runs, and Skyline after church :( So it's back to square one, pretty much. Trying to regain the motivation to get back into my good exercise and eating habits!

    What life has aught me is to enjoy all the company of family and grea friends mngling in and watching them enjoy themselves too. I can be around all the partying and stay within my 1300-500 caorie range for the day and not partake into any of the alcohol drinks. I can also control the amount of dips and other foods lying around. I carry a large plastic tumble filled with ice water with a cover on top that allows for drinking and keeping it closed. I force myself to limit my nibbling to nuts. This has helped me immensely. peopl all know that I am on a program for wellness and weight loss and that I set aside certain imes daily for exercise and such. It is very rewarding and people will help you along the way. Keep focused for success. You can do it. Go for it.
