So for my next challenge...
CUT BACK ON SUGAR INTAKE!! I am still struggling with this one a bit, so I figured I'd make it a challenge :) Diabetes type II is in my family, so I really need to nip this one soon. I won't be able to cut ALL sugar from my diet, since that is extremely limiting (since fruits even have natural sugar in them), but I'm going to drastically cut back on what I eat :) I went grocery shopping today and bought fresh fruits, veggies, herbs, whole grain bread, organic very lean ground turkey breast, free range chicken, lentils, beans, organic basmati rice (since I read something frightening about other rices...that they've been found to have traces of arsenic in them!), eggs, greek yogurt, (greek frozen yogurt too...hey I have to have a little treat once in a while lol), etc :)
