The 12 Days of Fit-Mas Challenge

The standard holiday tradition is know for causing many a healthly eaters to stray thus causing ones weight to increase (unintentionally of course). So to change up this particular Christmas tradition, I have created 3 separate challenges. (Sound a little like Dickens in that sentence?)

The 1st challenge will start at the stroke of Midnight on the 1st of December.

12 DAYS OF FIT-MAS

This challenge begins Dec 1 and ends Dec 12.

On the first day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
1 minute pushups

On the second day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
2 minutes of jump rope
and 1 minute pushups

On the third day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
3 burpees
2 minutes of jump rope
and 1 minute pushups

On the fourth day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
4 sets of crunches
3 burpees
2 minutes of jump rope
1 minute pushups

On the fifth day of fitness I kindly gave myself:

3 burpees

On the sixth day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
