I get a lot of questions about my meal plans and how I do them. So, I will start posting my weekly plans for you all to see (along with recipe links!). Also, since I enter them a week in advance, you can click forward in my shared tracker to see the calorie/nutrient breakdowns.
Disclaimers: I am in maintenance mode, so I do eat more than someone in weight loss mode. But, I also eat pretty large portions, and use full-fat ingredients for the most part. So, many of the meals I make can easily be cut down for someone in weight-loss mode. Also, breakfasts and snacks are pretty much the same every day, with a bit of variation on the weekends. I do not plan out these ahead of time.
I hope everyone finds these meal plans helpful and can get some good ideas from them!
