What can I say? I did ok on the actual day. It was the next few days where I failed miserably.

Ok, that is over, it is in the past and I can not change it. I can only go from today forward. Therefore, I picked up my self, forgave myself, started tracking and continued the program set for me by the Spark People web page. I am on day 6 and feel better about myself for doing what I need to do to improve my health. This is more about health then appearance or a number. The appearance is an added benefit, but not the main goal.

I need to eat better and excercise at least 3 times a week.
