Work on Bike Riding 10k Time (Get under 30 mins!) Result: I feel I didn’t work enough of this and come time for “race” day I have been really sick.
Focus on balance, up strength training, push harder on cardio
Veggie nights 2-3 times a week Results: All but one week (Thanksgiving week) this was met!
Meditate 3 times a week for 10 minutes a session Result: Having serious problems with getting up to 3 times a week.
Read 2 Fiction Books Result: finished the last book today!
Start on the 10 week program on self-esteem & dealing with issues Result: keeping at it and taking my time.
Make 1 new friend on Spark (attacking the shyness thing!)
Make an appointment to the dentist on Monday (11/5) and get the ball rolling. Result: Made dentist appointment, went, have to go back to get 6 cavities filled and one possible root canal. All this starts in January when they could get me in at the soonest.

My award was originally planned to get a FitBit, however, I was persuaded otherwise due to someone possibly getting me one for Yule. So, I decided on a Fruit Infusion Pitcher to encourage more water drinking next month! (if my tummy can handle it!)
