Im so tired and I have not done any exercise today except for getting the kids (my cousins) up for school. They get picked up at the house and dropped off at school. Weighing 230lbs. and having depressing do NOT go good together. Yesterday was my 1st time really pushing myself to do some exercise and I only did 27 minutes worth. It seems like little exercise to some, but to me...its something. as a kid at 10 yrs old, i weighed the same as i weigh now, but that was from medicine. I just really want to get this weight off so bad, but i end up with chest pains just walking up to the second floor of the house. :( I really need some help!!
