Today weight was down another 2lbs to 253. Back to Monday's weighin so that is good. It is quite possible that with Thanksgiving and the binges from the beginning of the week that those 4lbs are not going to come off as easily. I hope I am wrong but I did the damage myself.
Yesterday was an alright day, I didn't drink enough water and ate a little out of whack but I did make a decent choice for dinner. I was over in carbs for the day but I did end up tracking the entire day.
Getting a slow start today but goals for the day:
Push water and tea today
Get in no less than 15 minutes of exercise
Complete at least 1 report
Practice the 45 minute rule
Have a healthy day!
