So those donuts I was talking about yesterday were not eaten last night or this morning, so the first thing I did today in the kitchen was to toss them in the trash. I do not need any more in my system and 2 days later they're going to be stale anyhow.
Today will be a day revolving around cleaning the house and my innards. Today I will not be eating all sorts of junk. Today will be about fruit, veggies and healthy protein.
Yesterday I managed the donut, and two different places to eat out. My husband got his bonus check, so he was all about eating out last night. Tonight we'll be having pizza too, but that's because my daughter is having a friend over to play and pizza is easiest for play dates. But I can do well all day and have my pizza too.
It's all about choices, we can choose to make the best decisions with the information we have at the time and although I'm pretty sure I went way over my calories for the day yesterday, I know I can stay within budget today. I have tons of fruits and veggies to gnaw on all day that will keep me full and not want more than 2 pieces of pizza tonight.
It does help that I was out and about shopping and GeoCaching yesterday, so there were a ton of steps taken yesterday to counter the amount of calories taken in so at the very least it must have balanced out.
