Yesterday I did the 30 Day Shred Level 2 and then because I did not want to run outside I decided to open the Jackie Warner Crunchless Extreme Abs Workout dvd that I purchased a year ago. WOW! That was an intense workout. Or maybe it just seemed that way because I did it back-to-back with the 30 Day Shred.
Ab workout? That was a total body workout; my legs were shaking for over an hour afterwards and I felt the burn in my shoulders for about as long. I could feel my muscles getting sore. So, today, I am surprised that i am not sore ~knock on wood~
